  Soichi Ibaraki, Professor, Hiroshima University. Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of California at Berkeley, December 2001.

  He major in High Speed, High Precision Motion Control of Feed Drives in NC Machine Tools, Intelligent Control of Machining Processes, Machine Tools of New Mechanism and application of Numerical Optimization Approaches to Control Problems. He has published more than 96 academic papers.
