A Thermionic Cathode with an Anti-emisssion Mask and a Microfabricated Meander Line Slow Wave Structure

报告简介:A thermionic cathode with an anti-emission mask for producing sheet electron beam is studied. With this mask, sheet electon beam can be produced without beam forming electrodes. Good match between simulation and experiment results has been achieved for a planar anode. A microfabrication anode is then introduced and the emission characteristics have been obtianed by using CST particle studio. Following is the design an microfabrication of a Ka-band V shaped meander line slow wave structure. The high frequency characteristics have been presented. The fabrication procedure and results are introduced briefly.
报告人简介:王少萌,2013年毕业于电子科技大学物理电子学院,进入西南交通大学工作。2014年到新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后研究至今。现为IEEE会员。先后在IEEE ED,PS等期刊以及IVEC,APMC等会议发表论文30余篇。主要研究方向为小型电真空器件,涉及碳纳米管阵列阴极,带状电子束的产生与传输,MEMS加工高频电路,以及聚焦磁路设计等方向。
