Responsibilities

For those who want to work on leading-edge wireless technologies, this is the right intern job they are looking for. By working with Agilent's industry-leading signal analysis instrument, you will have the opportunity to contribute to expand the measurement capabilities of various of Agilent’s spectrum analyzers, and to help our customers to facilitate their design, development, manufacturing, deployment and troubleshooting of their wireless systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with the development engineers to perform test and validation tasks, including the development of test strategy, test plan and test cases. He/she will develop test codes and perform a variety of different tests. The major responsibilities will include:
§ Test strategy and test case design
§ Test program development
§ Basic Front panel testing for the Bench top and handheld spectrum analyzer
§ Verification and Validation of PC based applications/tools
§ Investigative Analysis of defect and Defect tracking
§ Full day intern for at least six months.

Qualification

Required:
§ Postgraduate grade 2, major in Communication, EE, or Instrument and Automation.
§ Strong background in software testing technologies
§ Experience programming in the Visual Studio .NET environment
§ Familiar with the operation of test & measurement instrument.
§ Strong English skills in both speaking and writing
§ Strong learning ability
§ Good team work spirit

Preferred:
§ Experience of instrument for wireless signal measurement and analysis
§ Experience of using Microsoft Office
§ Skilled in instrument interface programming, such as GPIB, USB, LAN etc.
