TITLE
Validation Engineer (Intern)
The role of the Validation Engineer is to design and execute validation tests for both feature development, regression testing, and product validation.
Responsibility
Key technical duties as below:
Performing software testing on PDA/Cell Phone/simulated environment.
Working under the direction of a team leader to specify and develop validation tests for software products.
Set up test environment.
Identifying, analyzing, isolating, reporting software defects.
Managing defects including reproducing defect, validating the fixes, closing defect.
Participate in the review of test cases and test plans.
Create test reports and metrics.
Qualification
Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Self-motivated, be able to work and achieve quality result under high pressure.
Strong logical analytical and problem solving skills.
Team player, who is warm-hearted and able to work effectively with developer and tester.
Enjoy the challenge to solve complex problems.
Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related.
Good communication Skills.
Good Time management Skills.
Nice to have
Strong interest in software testing, willing to devote to improve software quality.
Experience in mobile telephony or mobile applications.
Experience of C/C++, javascript, Python, HTML, CSS,
