  : Ion Migration in Organic/inorganic Hybrid Perovskite Solar Cells

Organometal trihalide perovskite (OTP) solar cells might be the next commercially available thin film solar cells due to its high power conversion efficiency and low fabrication cost, which should attributed to the fantastic optoelectronic properties of OTP materials. Recent studies disclosed that OTP is actually a kind of soft materials with both charge carrier conduction and ionic conduction. Increasing observations indicate that mobile ions impact a lot on the electronic/optoelectric properties of OTP film, which hence have raised substantial related studies already. In this presentation, we will introduce the current understanding of ion migration behaviors in OTP solar cells and discuss its impacts on the photovoltaic device efficiency and stability, and the recent discovered anomalous photovoltaic effect in OTP materials will also be introduced.

袁永波2004年于中山大学本科毕业,2009年获中山大学凝聚态物理方向博士学位。2009-2016年在美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校黄劲松教授研究组进行博士后研究。2016年入选中组部“青年”,现为中南大学特聘教授,博士生导师,超微结构与超快过程湖南省重点实验室成员。主要从事基于有机、有机/无机复合材料的光电子器件研究,包括:钙钛矿太阳能电池、聚合物太阳能电池、有机薄膜晶体管、光电探测器等。在包括Nature Materials、Science Advances, Nature Communications在内的国际期刊上发表论文40余篇;成果被引用3000余次,Google H-指数为30。相关研究成果多次被Nature Materials期刊新闻专栏重点介绍。目前担任Nature Energy,Nature Communications等期刊审稿人。
