报告摘要:

Power electronic converters have become an essential component in renewable energy generation systems.  With the increasing deployment of renewable power plants in electrical grids, the dynamic interactions among power converters, passive power filters, and other reactive elements of the power system are more apparent, leading to instability, resonance, or abnormal harmonics over a wide frequency range. This presentation will provide a systematic discussion on the analysis and control of grid-converter interactions in renewable energy systems. First, the root causes of different instability phenomena will be elaborated based on the small-signal models of grid-connected converters. Then, the interactions of multiple paralleled converters will be discussed. Lastly, active stabilization techniques will be presented.
